It is a multi-channel horizontal dryer designed in several levels and equipped with a mechanism for separating the drying levels equipped with air suction and blower boxes.

This is where Fastdry’s precision and efficiency come into play: the structure of its individual levels allows for the regulation and management of airflow distribution in each layer and each module, ensuring unprecedented drying uniformity throughout the entire tile or slab.

Fast Dryer is a versatile technology that allows for the processing of products with different drying times, always achieving excellent results.

Thanks to the developed software team and the experienced engineering team, the management and traceability of multiple products inside the dryer has been simplified. The air flow is controlled and stable, allowing for optimized energy consumption management.

The Super Fast Dryer machine can be enhanced with a high-speed rapid exit module, which enables faster evacuation of tiles or slabs and consequently ensures uniform temperature values throughout the material.

Easy access

Inspections and routine cleaning activities are done quickly and efficiently thanks to lateral access to every level, and there is no need to worry about this.

Prime platform

The entire Super Fast Dryer process can be integrated with Prime.
A software platform for the ceramic factory developed by Mahand Ceramics, which receives production data in real time and allows the optimization of any on-line process through an intuitive and user-friendly interface.

Occupying less space

By increasing the number of floors, the length of the dryer becomes shorter for a given production volume and occupies less space

More flexibility

Shutting down one floor puts less pressure on the capacity of other floors, and dryers with more floors have more flexibility in production conditions.
