Preparation of raw materials in tile and ceramic factories is done in two ways: dry and wet.The slurry is discharged from the ball mill and passes through the VPBb series of sieves with a mesh size of 20 to 30.It then passes through the VLB series of sieves with a mesh size of 60 to 100 to be completely sieved and ready for the spray dryer.After drying, the slurry is in the form of a granulated powder.After leaving the spray dryer, the large agglomerated pieces are separated with the old VSF series or the new VP2sp series sieves with a mesh size of 3 to 8.The resulting granules are transferred to the corresponding silos for storage.Before use, the stored granules are passed through the VPM or VP2S series sieves with a mesh size of 8 to 10 to complete the final cleaning and preparation stage.
